On signing in, why am I frequently prompted to go online?

For optimal performance, Frenzo Chat initially tries to establish a TCP connection. If this is not possible, it automatically sets up a HTTP connection.

On signing in, why am I getting the message "We are unable to process your request."

Make sure that you allow the application to go online, even if it asks you several times. Besides mobile internet settings, your phone may need separate JAVA settings. These are the same as the mobile internet settings but sometimes need to be entered separately. Please refer to your phone user guide.

Why am I getting the message "You are not authorized to access file system, check Java Application permission settings"

Some mobile phones do not allow JAVA clients (like Frenzo Chat) to access the internet at all. Please check your Settings or refer to your phone user guide to enable Internet access.

Why am I getting the message "Allowed to use network" every now and then.

The Frenzo Chat needs to check the internet regularly. Mobile phones ask for permission when an application enters the internet. You can disable this warning so that it only asks permission when you start it up. It is usually in the JAVA, Games or Application settings menu. It is best to check your phone manual on how to do this. On Nokia phones go into the application settings, sometimes called "Application Manager" and set network access to "ask first time only".
